Justin is a true Renaissance man. From coding, to SEO, to production design, he helps out with every aspect of development. He has a strong belief in continuous learning, so he is constantly expanding his skill set to assist various members of the team.

Patty serves as the project traffic controller for UG. She keeps the team on track, and organizes everyone to make sure they are used to their full potential. Running a tight ship allows for projects to be delivered in a well constructed and timely manner.
