“My business philosophy is simple… the creative process is a collaboration, where each idea has value and every client is unique and exceptional.”
Naveed Usman, Principal + CEO
Since 1999, I have helped hundreds of businesses and organizations build their brand, visibility, and reach by creating elegant, accessible websites and custom digital solutions that meet the unique needs and goals for each of my clients. Over the past decade, The Usman Group has been recognized by Clutch, a nationally renowned and trusted third-party rating agency of professional services providers, as a global leader and top B2B service provider, as well as the top digital strategy firm in the U.S.
Our clients range from corporate to consumer and professional services firms to universities, nonprofits, and major media outlets, including the National Safety Council, Priceline.com, Robert W. Baird & Company, Chicago Sun-Times, and the University of Chicago.
I’m originally from Miami, where growing up I was obsessed with Legos and video games, fueling a life-long interest in logic, design, and human-computer interaction. I learned valuable skills in how to build trust and keep the customer happy while putting myself through the University of Central Florida as a salesman of car tires and batteries to stranded motorists. Majoring in Communications, Digital Media, and Sociology, I honed my ability for building and managing creative teams by leading a collaborative of student programmers, artists, and musicians on assignments for large entertainment companies like Universal Studios.
I’ve been a guest speaker at major universities, trade group events, and other venues on topics ranging from the technical to the emotional, like user experience design and positivity. I have also written articles and been quoted and interviewed about creativity, leadership, entrepreneurship, online marketing trends, and sales effectiveness for the Wall Street Journal, Direct Marketing News, and other established publications.
I’m always open to interesting opportunities. Might you have one? If so, then let’s start a conversation.
